Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior CSM at VYBS, located in Tel Aviv, Israel. you will be instrumental in helping our clients reach their goals, represent them within our organization and make sure we put them first. With client expertise, you will advocate for VYBS's client base to help guide internal strategy along side our product & data teams. You will also work on driving revenue-generating growth and retention initiatives. You will work on a global scale to grow VYBS's business while ensuring our client’s success. Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding – create a smooth and easy on-boarding experience for our clients. Ensure ongoing monthly client budgets are maintained, fulfilled, and scaling. Closely collaborate between our clients, product & data teams Identify new business opportunities Work close with our clients to build a Value based strategy Provide clients with reporting and delivery analysis Innovation – work with the product to understand the needs of our clients Ongoing client communication and relationship building. Requirements +4 years of experience as a customer success manager - Must Experience of at least 2 years in the Marketing tech / Ad-tech or Mobile Games space - Must Have exceptional client management skills Knowledge and experience with mobile attribution – a plus Team player with a “can do” attitude Data driven & analytic approve English as a mother tongue or native Dynamic, fun loving, and yet driven!
