THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Graphic Communications (GC) team in Macquarie Park.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Direct, your key focus will be to deliver a high-quality customer experience, from the initial client contact through to onboarding, and ongoing account management.
In your new role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers on a day-to-day basis with queries about products, services, orders and implementation, taking the lead on managing any changes within the account.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Inside Sales or Customer Success experience, preferably within a technology environment
  • Strong CRM and MS Office skills, including MS Excel and Web Presentation tools
  • Superior organisational and multitasking skills
  • Great track record in managing customer expectations
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the GC Specialist team to identify opportunities, review account health and fulfil the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal Commercial, Legal, Sales Operations, Billing, and Pre/Post Sales Teams to support the GC Sales Specialists from inception to deployment
  • Review account performance with the GC Specialist team through data and market insights to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies (including Sales Plans) to increase customer retention and engagement
  • Manage account enquiries to ensure a Customer Happy Experience (CHX) is delivered
