THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Graphic Communications (GC) team in Macquarie Park.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Direct, your key focus will be to deliver a high-quality customer experience, from the initial client contact through to onboarding, and ongoing account management.
In your new role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers on a day-to-day basis with queries about products, services, orders and implementation, taking the lead on managing any changes within the account.
