Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The goal of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to ensure their customers are satisfied, their expectations are being met or exceeded, and they are maximising the value of their investment in Seequent products and solutions.
Working closely with customers in the Civil and Environmental sectors you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention and loyalty.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Drive growth and retention within our existing customer accounts by understanding their business needs and providing them with relevant solutions. This will include planning and executing strategic plans within the accounts
- Act as the first point of contact with assigned customers, with responsibility for the coordination and oversight of all on-boarding, training, administration, licensing and support of users
- Provide account insights through the collation and analysis of customer usage and sentiment data, which is published into a regular quarterly business review
- Act as an internal advocate for your accounts, educating them on products, and maintaining lasting relationships, driving retention, identifying and helping to pursue upsell and cross sell opportunities
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Demonstrable experience in a Technical (Geotechnical), Pre-sales, Account Management or similar role
- Experience working with geotechnical solutions would be advantageous, as would experience working with clients in the Civil or Environmental sectors
- Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers in a software environment would be beneficial
