The Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Go1 is responsible for driving customer value, retention, and growth in the market. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, maximising the adoption of Go1’s learning solutions, and guiding clients through their journey. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, expert relationship management, and the ability to provide high-quality consulting and resources to customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own & grow your portfolio:

  • Act as a strategic, trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across decision-makers and influencers.

Maximise value & adoption:

  • Execute successful onboarding and deployment of Go1’s learning solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Run data-driven check-ins and Business Reviews, to measure success and find opportunities.
  • Align Go1’s learning solutions to each customer’s business objectives.

Drive retention & expansion:

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales to deliver them.
  • Monitor account health, address risks early, and implement mitigation plans to ensure renewals.

Collaborate & contribute:

  • Work with Product, Marketing, Support, and Operations to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Share insights, mentor peers, and help improve processes to scale success.
