ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our Latin American Market.
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENTs impact.
  • Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
  • Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collect feedback and analyze the learners experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
  • Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance and recommendations to optimize clients training performance.
