ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Customer Success Specialist / Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing ongoing customer relationships, handling client issues and escalations, and working closely with our internal teams to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and contributing to customer satisfaction, this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular outreach and support.
  • Monitor account health to ensure satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
  • Manage customer complaints, feedback, and escalations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Document all client interactions using our CRM tools.
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, and renewal opportunities based on client needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
