JOB SUMMARY

Introhive is currently looking for our next Customer Success Manager join the Hive! We are a growing organization with loads of opportunity and a varied day-day that would keep anyone engaged and excited! This position can be located remotely within Canada, the UK or the US. The Customer Success manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going success, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring retention.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Collaborative team player as you will work alongside Marketing and Sales alike.
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Familiarity with CRMs and data tools
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor Degree in Business and Administration or equivalent
Responsibilities

CSMs are an essential component of Introhive’s success. As the chosen candidate you must have a strong understanding of our Customers’ business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the Customers’ strategic business goals.

The CSM will be expected to:

  • Work with clients to establish critical goals
  • Drive customer toward full value realization
  • Deepen customer relationships and create new ones
  • Manage account escalation
  • Monitor account health; take action to improve health and/or mitigate risk
  • Nurture customers for advocacy
  • Drive product adoption
  • Cross-functional collaboration on projects and systems
  • Renewals & upsells

We are seeking someone who is able to acquire an intimate knowledge of the Introhive product sets and be able to translate business requirements into solutions that deliver client satisfaction and ensure a positive client experience every time.
Lastly, we are seeking someone who is action-oriented and comfortable contributing to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets by being an active member of the Introhive team and culture.
