Are you an experienced and self-motivated customer success manager looking to make a move from an account management, agency or direct sales role?
We’re an international business media and information business seeking a professional customer success manager to retain and grow our top-tier clients across the NAUK region. In this exciting new role, you’ll work with high-value clients to help them to optimize the performance of their campaigns. You will also introduce new initiatives, provide strategic advice and upsell opportunities to your clients.

Due to significant and sustained growth, we currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and proactive customer success manager to manage relationships within a portfolio of key client accounts. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to nurture relationships will support your drive to retain and grow a range of advertising clients successfully.
You understand digital media, are naturally organized and can manage multiple clients while helping our clients understand the ROI of their campaigns. As the main point of contact, you will build trusted relationships with key clients to support their business strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of advertising clients across a range of award-winning B2B media brands
  • Playing a major role in our evolving Account Based Marketing
  • Driving intent based marketing strategies
  • Following up on renewals - creating loyal and long-term customers
  • Encouraging upsells and cross-sells by introducing premium products and services
  • Being the voice of the customer - developing an in-depth understanding of customer feedback, and sharing this information with other departments
  • Meeting clients to explain the ROI of their digital campaigns
  • Helping clients to optimize their digital campaigns
  • Managing relationships to maximize customer retention
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and agencies
  • Working closely with a range of people across the global company to execute current strategies and develop new solutions for our portfolio

The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with an agency background and knowledge of digital advertising.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Digital Media experience and strong knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience using Account Based Marketing (ABM) platforms
  • Some knowledge of intent marking
  • Digital media sales background would be advantageous
  • Experience managing key accounts
  • Relationship management and problem solving skills
  • A customer-first mindset - the customer should always be at the forefront of your attention. Their success equals your success, and the more you can invest in their needs and goals, the more successful you’ll be in this position.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced advertising or customer success professional with an interest in client success. You need to have a can-do attitude, with a genuine commitment to helping clients to achieve their marketing goals.
