KSAT’s earth observation department is the world’s leading provider of near real time earth observation services. We provide our customers with relevant and timely insights, through our state-of-the-art products portfolio. To ensure we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations we are looking for a proactive and growth-minded colleague to join us as Customer Success Manager!
We are looking for skilled colleague to help us define and measure our customer health, understand our customers’ pain points and help foster a culture of continuous improvements.
You have a customer centric mindset, always seeking to ensure our customer facing systems and processes are state of the art and get motivated by customer satisfaction and retention. You will receive training in all relevant aspects of our services, from ordering of images, analysis, quality assurance, portfolio understanding and customer reporting.
Earth observation data is time critical, and you continuously strive to reduce the time to value, and ensure we continue to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will play a key role in ensuring we measure what matters for our customers. By understanding our customers key matrices, you want to ensure service growth and service renewal by actively sharing your customer insights across the Earth observation department.
By understanding our customers key challenges, you play a key role in translating what matters for the customer into tangible actions that ensure customer success and service growth. By sharing your knowledge and insights, you help the team succeed in its mission; to ensure our customers obtain superior situational awareness.
The Customer Success manager position will be situated in Tromsø and work from brand new office facilities at Forskningsparken.
