CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, REMOTE – PHARMA/SAAS/LIFE SCIENCES)

LARVOL provides competitive intelligence and predictive insights for global pharma companies. We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help our customers get lasting value from our data platforms and predictive tools.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager who combines relationship depth with a commercial mindset. This role is directly responsible for renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts. Success here depends on consistently getting customer meetings, listening deeply, and following through to drive outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Own renewals end-to-end and drive expansion by proactively managing customer relationships to secure renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Consistently schedule and lead customer meetings to maintain engagement, uncover needs, and advance opportunities.
  • Ensure disciplined follow-through on action items, keeping deals and renewals on track.
  • Act as a trusted partner to pharma customers, aligning our solutions to their strategic goals.
  • Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to drive adoption and long-term retention.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and strategy.
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and revenue opportunities in Salesforce.
