Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing LaunchPAD team. This role is at the heart of our programmatic offering, ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly, delivers on client goals, and drives revenue growth for BMO.
As the central point of contact, you’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and our DSP/SSP partners to manage campaigns end-to-end. From onboarding new customers and setting up campaigns, to monitoring, optimising, and troubleshooting in-flight activity, you’ll make sure our clients get the best possible results.
Beyond delivery, you’ll also gather insights and feedback to help shape our programmatic sales strategy and influence future tech developments. As LaunchPAD expands across the UK and Europe, this role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping how programmatic OOH grows at BMO.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage programmatic campaigns from setup through to delivery, monitoring performance and optimising where needed.
  • Act as the main contact for clients once campaigns are live, providing updates and guidance to maximise success.
  • Build strong relationships with DSP and SSP partners to ensure smooth operations and proactive problem-solving.
  • Work across Sales, Tech, and Data teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Collect insights from campaigns and partners to help shape BMO’s programmatic approach and product development.

This is a unique opportunity to become a leading expert in programmatic OOH. You’ll work on campaigns across the UK and Europe, build strong relationships with top industry partners, and play a pivotal role in evolving BMO’s LaunchPAD proposition as our programmatic sales grow.
