What We’re Looking For?
3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success.
Proven B2B and SaaS experience—bonus if it’s in CRM!
Strong ability and motivation to retain and expand customer portfolios (a few hundred accounts).
A customer-oriented doer who loves customer interaction and delivering value.
A team player who likes responsibility in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about the scaleup journey.
Your Role on Our Team? ‍ ‍
Own and manage a portfolio of B2B customers, building strong relationships and success.
Retain, upsell, and grow accounts by challenging our customers to adopt new features.
Deliver customer tailored demos (both online and in person).
Own and be responsible for an order intake budget.
Be a voice of the customer internally—collaborating with product and sales teams.

Requirements?
Bachelor’s degree + Driver’s license
SaaS/Startup/Scaleup experience
Ready to work from our Stockholm office
Fluent in Swedish and English
Reporting & Growth
You’ll report directly to our Sales Manager, with regular 1:1s and be part of the Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product).

2023
15 people onboard. All time high records, launching new price tiers, rewamp website, launching new product features & integrations. Let’s go
2022
Lime Go breaks loose and becomes a brand new business area within the Lime Group. 3 employees and a clear vision is set! This is only the beginning.. 6 months later and 11 people onboard. Larger deals, bigger customers and launching in Norway & Denmark.
2021
The new interface is launched for all customers, leaving Knockout and facing the future in React/Redux in a modern & powerful suit.
2020
The new UI released and the inflow at our support department was quiet as a bad joke on a stiff dinner party. Success!
2019
Redesign project initiated. Lots of customer interviews, betas and bugs. ~30 thousand lines of code was about to happen in 1,5 years.
2013
The first version of Lime Go is born.
2011
Development started.
