Job Description Your role at iad As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will be the main point of contact for our real estate advisors, supporting them throughout the entire transaction process and ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction. You will also support the team with office management and administrative tasks, contributing to efficient internal processes.
