THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING US

  • 3+ years proven track record in client-facing roles, ideally in tech, construction, or the property industry.
  • Strong communication skills. You can lead remote training sessions, present confidently, and collaborate effectively to increase client adoption.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrable knack for identifying and executing growth opportunities within client accounts.
  • Experience gathering and organising client feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Comfortable working from a small regional office, with travel across the southern UK as part of your client success strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Success: Equip new clients for success by delivering tailored onboarding and training programs that drive engagement and proficiency.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Lead post-implementation reviews and ongoing feedback sessions, transforming client insights into actionable improvements. Turn mistakes into money.
  • Growth Driver: Collaborate with sales and ops to uncover upsell opportunities and create strategies to expand software usage across accounts.
  • Impactful Storytelling: Gather compelling client success stories, case studies, ROI narratives, and testimonials that showcase the effectiveness of Multivista solutions. Share our stories.
  • Client Interaction & Travel: Act as the face of Multivista across the southern UK, strengthening client relationships through direct engagement, at both virtual and in-person meetings.
