Our Customer Success Team is now looking for a new Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers continue receiving the love they deserve! The Customer Success Manager for the UK will be a part of a small, dynamic London team consisting of Sales and Marketing, where the success of our customers always comes first.

You’ll work closely with fellow Customer Success Managers within Oneflow, as well as the Sales and Marketing team in the UK.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Results-driven, adaptable, and open to coaching.
  • Project management skills with a structured approach.

  • Interest in technical integrations (how Oneflow connects with CRM, ATS, and HR systems).

  • A clear and passionate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English.

  • Self-motivated, curious, and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Commercial mindset, always on the look-out for upsales possibilities
Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during the onboarding phase and throughout the customer’s life cycle. Our goal is to provide our customers with the tools they need to successfully implement our product and achieve the desired results. It’s your job to deliver initial value and lay the foundation for future growth.
