YOUR EXPERIENCE

Success in this role comes from a combination of customer-focused experience

and strategic thinking:

  • A track record of 3+ years managing complex customer relationships,

preferably in B2B software or technology. You understand how to navigate

different organizational structures and build consensus among stakeholders.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customers’

industries, challenges, and opportunities. You can translate technical

concepts into business value and vice versa.

  • Excellence in project management and problem-solving, with experience

leading
multiple initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail.
