Conduct strategic success planning, stakeholder mapping, and executive business reviews. Monitor customer health signals, usage data, and sentiment to identify risks and opportunities. Execute lifecycle programs and playbooks that enhance adoption and retention. Maintain accurate documentation of activities and outcomes within CRM platforms. Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities within the portfolio. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements and resolve customer challenges. Requirements 5-10 years in Customer Success or a similar commercial role. Demonstrated track record of driving retention and expansion in complex environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. Experience using CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
