Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be the go-to person for 30-40 home service clients once you’re up to speed. Handle onboarding, coach clients on marketing, and keep their Facebook and Instagram campaigns running smoothly.
Your success depends on theirs - more like a partnership than just doing a job.
Home services experience is great but not required. If you get along with business owners and can talk their language, you’ll do well here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle 30-40 client accounts once trained up
  • Get new clients started and their campaigns live
  • Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with clients
  • Answer client messages within 3 hours (WhatsApp mostly)
  • Make complicated stuff simple for clients
  • Fix problems fast
  • Help with strategy and next steps
  • Work with our media buyers and other team members
  • Send performance updates through Loom videos or texts
  • Find opportunities to grow accounts
  • Get testimonials and referrals
  • Keep track of how clients are doing
