We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager - SaaS Industry

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS industry roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding key metrics (e.g., retention, NPS, and upsell targets).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decisions.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English (C1) as all communication is conducted in English with global users.
