Job Description We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Service Autopilot team at Xplor. Our platform helps lawn care and cleaning businesses operate efficiently and scale— from managing customers and invoicing to dispatching and marketing. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping them get the most value out of our software, building strong relationships, and supporting their business growth. Our software helps thousands of Lawn Care and Cleaning entrepreneurs run their businesses – with less stress, and better control over their growth. Drive adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services Troubleshoot product issues for a quick solution. Educate customers about SLAs on response times to new or known issues Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities Operate as a liaison between management to share key customer feedback to improve overall customer experience Host quarterly business reviews to ensure adoption and retention. This role has a base salary range of $65,000–$75,000 USD. This position is eligible for a quarterly commission plan. Location: For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home. #LI-Hybrid Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles Experience working with small- to mid-sized businesses, along with Enterprise level experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
