Client Success Manager

I’m working on a leadership opportunity with a fast-growing, global business with offices in Dubai.

The company is looking for a commercially driven Client Success Manager to lead an existing customer-facing team, improve customer experience, protect revenue, and drive stronger performance across an established client base.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-led environment and has experience managing customers, teams, escalations, renewals, retention, account growth, or recurring revenue.

The role will focus on:Leading, coaching, and developing a customer-facing team
Improving client retention, service quality, and customer outcomes
Managing escalations and complex client situations
Driving revenue from existing customers through better process, follow-up, and relationship management
Monitoring team performance against KPIs and targets
Using CRM, reporting, and data to identify risks and opportunities
Working closely with sales, operations, finance, and customer experience teams
Bringing energy, urgency, structure, and ideas into the function

What we are looking for:Experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, client retention, renewals, or revenue-focused roles
Previous team management or team lead experience
Strong commercial mindset and confidence working towards targets
Ability to handle escalations and difficult client conversations
Good CRM, reporting, pipeline, and forecasting discipline
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Experience from SaaS, telecoms, financial services, business services, EOR, serviced offices, subscriptions, banking, or other customer-led environments would be highly relevant

This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, energetic, hands-on, and motivated by building a high-performing team. The role can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
