MAINTAIN THE KNOWLEDGE BASE

Continually update and refine the support documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides to empower customers and minimize repetitive questions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years customer service experience required
  • Experience providing support to users with technology products required
  • Experience in the SaaS and/or MSP space preferred
  • A workspace suitable for professional video calls
