We are looking for a Customer Success - Upsell that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes. Mission: The main mission is to help Sleek achieve its revenue target by offering more services to our existing client’s base. We are looking for a focused, data driven and disciplined customer success person to join the team and contribute to Sleek’s growth! Outcomes: Achieve cash collection targets on a monthly basis (75k SGD per month) Keep customer satisfaction at the highest level (NPS>97) Track effectively your pipeline and have a data driven approach to prioritise your tickets Prepare proactive campaign via Hubspot of other means to increase collection Contribute to the scaling the upsell process by working with the Data and CRM teams Must have 3-4 years in Sales or Account management, in role carrying sales target (ideally around 100k per month of targets) Experience working with SMEs Exposure to different culture because Sleek clients are from all over the world Experience in startups Familiar with hubspot Customer centric mindset Nice-to-have Zendesk and Tableau experience The interview process The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role. HR Screening A ~30 minute chat with the TA for initial HR Screening. Career deep dive A ~45 minute chat with the Hiring Manager. They’ll discuss your last 1-2 roles to understand your experience in more detail. Behavioural fit assessment A ~45 minute chat with a member of the HR or leadership team, where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work. Offer + reference interviews We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or over email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.
