Videoly is a market-leading ecommerce content management platform. We’re on a path to become the global go-to content hub for online retailers and brands.
As part of our ambitious growth journey, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team on-site in Helsinki. This role is a fixed-term parental leave replacement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience in SaaS and key account management is essential. Here’s what we value:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS.
  • A proven ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • A strategic and curious mindset to spot and create growth opportunities.
  • Experience in upselling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish (Swedish is a plus).
  • A hands-on approach to process improvement and development.
Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll drive customer satisfaction and growth by managing our key accounts. You’ll work closely with industry-leading brands and retailers, ensuring their success while identifying new opportunities. Your role will include:

  • Managing and nurturing key accounts from onboarding to success, helping them achieve their goals with Videoly’s service and supporting their daily operations.
  • Building and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Negotiating contract renewals.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities, both independently and together with the sales team.
  • Collaborating with marketing on case studies and customer referrals.
  • Advocating for customers within our internal planning and decision-making.
  • Supporting the rollout of new product offerings to existing customers and keeping client information and settings up to date in our internal systems.
