Guide customers through key milestones, including onboarding and deployment. Increase renewal rates and reduce churn through customer advocacy. Promote resources and communities to encourage efficient product utilization. Act as a trusted advisor, resolving critical issues effectively. Develop strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize renewals. Manage relationships to streamline onboarding and identify upsell opportunities. Requirements Experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry. Proficiency in BIG-IP, NGINX, cloud-based solutions, and multi-cloud environments. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to distill complex concepts into clear insights. Proven track record in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
