REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years in customer success, SEO strategy, digital marketing, or marketing analytics
  • Deep understanding of SEO (on-page, technical, and local SEO concepts)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing dashboards
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills (both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with data—knows how to pull insights, not just reports
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with ease and empathy
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who knows how to speak both marketing and data. You’ll be the go-to guide for our customers—helping them succeed on the platform, uncover SEO insights, and translate performance data into clear action plans.
This is a hybrid role that blends account management, SEO expertise, and data-driven problem solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of FancyAI customers (average of 5-6 calls per day) roughly the 9am-5pm hours
  • Onboard and train new clients to ensure fast time-to-value
  • Analyze marketing and SEO data using tools like GA4, GSC, and our proprietary dashboard
  • Create simple, actionable reports that highlight performance trends and opportunities
  • Drive customer retention by delivering proactive insights, support, and value
  • Collaborate with our product and dev teams to escalate feature requests or bugs
  • Track customer satisfaction, identify churn risks, and execute save strategies
  • Help evolve our customer playbooks, processes, and communication strategies
