Duties
-Experience in snack/ food manufacturing and shipping logistics a must to apply.
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Assist with human resources functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Plan and organize office events and celebrations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in schedule management software and tools
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Familiarity with medical office management practices (preferred)
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Basic understanding of human resources processes and procedures
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. They will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, performing clerical tasks, managing budgets, assisting with human resources functions, coordinating travel arrangements, and planning office events. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, strong organizational skills, proficiency in schedule management software and QuickBooks, familiarity with medical office management practices (preferred), excellent clerical skills, exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, ability to manage front desk operations efficiently, experience in event planning is a plus, and a basic understanding of human resources processes and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.57 - $40.00 per hour
