CUSTOMER SUCCESS OPERATIONS ANALYST

We’re looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst that can perform as a Gainsight admin. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our Customer Success and Technical Account Management teams have the tools and data they need by configuring and optimizing our Gainsight instance.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).
  • Experience:


    • Previous experience as a Gainsight Administrator is required (Gainsight certification preferred)

    • One or more years of Salesforce.com configuration and administration experience is preferred..
    • Experience in sales operations, business operations, or a customer-facing role like Customer Success or Account Management is a plus.
    • Skills:


      • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; the ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components.

      • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
      • Deep understanding of object-oriented concepts and logic (IFs, ANDs, ORs).
      • Confidence in advocating for best practices and a high degree of ownership over your work.

      Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.       The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$88,000—$132,000 USD
