As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a world-class Head of Customer Success & Operations to lead the charge in delivering exceptional client outcomes while building the operational backbone of our growing business.

Responsibilities

Lead Customer Success:
· Own client onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction for developer and financier partners.
· Ensure every buyer journey through Settld is seamless, trusted, and celebrated.
· Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as their strategic partner.
Drive Operational Excellence:
· Design, implement, and refine processes that make Settld efficient and scalable.
· Oversee platform operations, compliance, and reporting with a laser focus on accuracy.
· Partner with product and tech teams to evolve the platform based on client insights.
Build & Lead a High-Performance Team:
· Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of customer success managers and ops specialists.
· Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-first thinking.
Be a Strategic Growth Partner
· Translate customer needs into product improvements and service innovations.
· Provide data-driven insights to leadership, helping shape company strategy.
· Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the client base.
