What You’ll Do: Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls Support our Customer Service and Order Processing teams with daily administrative tasks Enter and process orders using our ERP system Provide customers with order updates and tracking information Pull, organize, and ship product samples Maintain and organize the sample room Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other office support tasks Learn our products, materials, finishes, and color offerings Help create a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish Requirements Preferred Experience: Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and multi-line phone systems Team player with a strong work ethic and “all hands-on deck” mindset High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Experience: Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience Experience in manufacturing or order processing environments Familiarity with ERP software such as Global Shop Solutions Knowledge of cabinetry, laminates, melamine, or building materials is a plus Benefits & Perks: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance HSA option with company contribution Additional voluntary insurance options (STD, LTD, Life, AD&D) Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Annual profit sharing Overtime opportunities Stable, growing company with long-term career potential Family-oriented culture with supportive leadership and teammates Schedule: Monday through Friday Day shift Overtime opportunities as needed JB Cutting, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
