Responsibilities The Opportunity Support myBUY procurement platform users by managing incidents, resolving P2P issues, and ensuring end-to-end handling of service requests. Your Impact As Global Proc Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of: • The role is responsible for Incident (INC) Management: o Incident identification and recording o Classification and initial support to the Users for the Incident o Investigation and diagnosis of Incidents o Escalation procedures for ensuring Incident resolution o Incident resolution and restoring service to its normal operation o Communicating with the User and Closing the Incident ticket Training end users in myBUY usage Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Bachelor´s degree needed Experience • Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis) • Experience in Incident Management • Ideally with a Procurement background • Good English level (written and spoken) mandatory • ERP (SAP / ARIBA) experience • 1+ Years of experience required • Clear communication • Strong customer service background • Problem-solving capability • Ability to follow structured processes • Comfortable with high-volume workload If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
