As a Customer Success and Relationship Officer, you will play a vital role in expanding loan adoption, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring employees enjoy a clear, seamless, and positive loan experience from awareness to application and continuous usage. What You'll Do As the frontliner of employee engagement, you will: Drive loan penetration and awareness across partner companies through on-site visits, orientations, and digital activations. Build strong operational relationships with HR, payroll teams, and employee supervisors. Lead high-impact employee events, orientations, and info sessions to boost visibility and loan adoption. Coordinate payroll processing requirements and resolve operational issues to keep the loan journey frictionless. Recruit, train, and manage Loan Ambassadors to expand reach and engagement. Gather insights from employees and HR partners to improve the loan experience and increase retention. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with employees and HR teams Confident in facilitating orientations and training sessions Skilled in relationship-building and issue resolution Energetic, proactive, and consistent in on-site and digital engagement Organized with strong data tracking and reporting ability Creative in deploying marketing and engagement initiatives Experience in field engagement, HR coordination, training facilitation, financial services, or customer success is a strong advantage.
