CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – COMPACT CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

Blue Diamond Attachments is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Pro to support our dealer network. You’ll handle quotes in Salesforce, answer product questions, track orders, and help keep our dealers happy.

Responsibilities

Prepare and send accurate product quotes from the quote queue.
Answer dealer questions by phone and email.
Serve as backup for our main phone line—we believe a live person is part of great service.
Track orders through delivery and keep dealers updated.
Keep dealer info and opportunities current in Salesforce with fast, accurate data entry.
