At Plenti, we’re transforming the lending experience — and we’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Success Representatives to support borrowers from first enquiry through to loan drawdown. This role blends consultative sales with genuine customer care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively engage potential borrowers via phone, email, SMS, and live chat to complete applications and secure loan drawdowns • Guide customers through every stage of the lending journey, clearly explaining products, handling objections, and removing barriers to approval • Re-engage stalled or abandoned applications using creative and strategic outreach • Consistently meet and exceed individual targets across application completion, conversion rates, and loan volumes (personal and auto loans) • Deliver personalized, responsible lending experiences that balance customer needs with commercial outcomes • Maintain accurate CRM records, capture customer insights, and escalate complex cases when required • Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices, adapt to change, and continuously improve performance About You: • 1-2+ years’ experience in sales, customer service, or financial services, with a strong track record of achieving targets • Confident, persuasive communicator who builds trust through empathy and professionalism • Skilled in objection handling and problem-solving • Comfortable managing high volumes of multi-channel interactions and documenting accurately in a CRM • Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment • A team player who brings energy, accountability, and a results-driven attitude Why Plenti? • Competitive base salary plus commissions • Ongoing training, development, and clear career progression • A vibrant, supportive culture that celebrates success and encourages innovation • Flexible work arrangements after 6 months, health and wellness benefits, team events, and more \n \n What's life like at Plenti?
