About The Role We are looking for a Customer Success Representative who will join the Operations team at Remitly Israel! As a Customer Success Representative at Remitly, you will take E2E Responsibility for customer relations. Responsibilities: Multitask between different communication channels and departments Providing answers by identifying problems Interact with customers & resolve issues Ensure high customer satisfaction, creating engagement and retention in all levels Help to develop and implement standard methodologies, processes and tools to improve customer experience Anticipate customer needs, provide proactive guidance and offer solutions Requirements: 2 years B2B customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English- Mandatory Chinese/Russian- an advantage Flexibility in working hours is required Proficient in all MS office products Ability to work independently and under pressure service -oriented person Experience in the payment and banking industry- an advantage Enjoy working as part of a team Well organized with high attention to details and accuracy Equal employment opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at Remitly.
