As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Customer Success Representative ultimately acts an ambassador of our company by delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.  The successful candidate will be responsible for daily interaction with the sales team to enter, modify and track sales orders.  This role will involve working with scheduling team and logistics team to make sure orders flow through from start to finish. Education, Licensure and Experience   * College Diploma desired but not required. * High school diploma or equivalent. * 5+ years customer service experience.   * Extremely positive and enthusiastic. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent phone etiquette. * Very detail focused. * Excels at data entry. * A self-starter that is highly motivated. * Good team player. * Extremely competent in Microsoft applications * Comfortable with new computer programs Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Please note:  This in no way states or implies that these are the only duties you will be required to perform.  The omission of specific duties does not exclude them from the position.   Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary and appropriate.): 1. Processing and execution of sales orders. 2. Responsible for all aspects of the order process including receipt of customer orders, prompt resolution of any issues which may arise throughout the order cycle. 3. Serves as a liaison between the sales team, scheduling team and logistics team. 4. Utilizes order management system to process customer orders and to monitor compliance of all assigned accounts. 5. Maintain knowledge of all internal company policies procedures and software applications. 6. Maintain knowledge of external customers organizational structure procedures and all other pertinent information.  7. Identifies and implements creative solutions to resolve issues which negatively impact any aspect of the company’s relationship with its customers.  8. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None                                                   Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the language of the majority cultural group in order to communicate effectively.  Must be able to hear enough to understand those individuals as well.  Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend documents such as grafts/flow sheets, financials, general professional articles and publications, governmental regulations, safety rules, assignment sheets, and procedure manuals.  Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, policies and procedures, and other administrative forms as outlined above.   Must be able to effectively communicate in both individual and group settings.  Must be able to present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups.   Mathematical Skills                                                   In order to perform duties, must be able to: 1. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure such as whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and fractions.   2. Compute rate, discounts, ratios, and percent, and    3. Make, read, and interpret financials, graphs, rates, ratios, and percentages. Reasoning Ability                                           Ability to apply common sense and judgment in solving problems and interpreting and understanding instructions furnished in written or oral form.  Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action yet reason when to involve supervisor.   Computer Skills                                             Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn software. Other Skills and Abilities             1. Display strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deal with frequent interruptions. 2. Basic office skills such as phone skills, voice mail, copying, faxing, typing, and directing visitors. 3. Ability to function independently given assigned duties.   4.
