We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team remotely from Switzerland. In this role, you will help customers get the most value from our products or services by providing onboarding, support, and ongoing guidance throughout their journey. This position is ideal for someone starting or growing a career in customer success, account management, or customer experience within an international environment.
