You’ll guide new customers through onboarding, support their journey with our platform, and work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. 📚 Your Mission - Make Every Customer a Power User Lead onboarding & training sessions: Empower new users to get value fast Be the first line of support: Help customers troubleshoot issues and navigate the platform confidently Monitor customer health: Track key metrics and proactively address red flags Coordinate across teams: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to solve problems fast Keep customer satisfaction high by ensuring every interaction is smooth and helpful 🔓 Skills, and experience to unlock the role: Fluent in speaking English is mandatory (German & other languages are a plus!)
