POSITION OVERVIEW

The Customer Success & Service Manager is responsible for overseeing RideWorks’ customer satisfaction, service operations, and dealership reputation. This role ensures customers receive exceptional communication and resolution during service, sales, and warranty interactions, while also managing daily service workflows, detailing, parts, and logistics. The position requires a balance of customer-first leadership and operational execution, ensuring RideWorks runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in service management, customer success, or dealership operations.
  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Mechanical/service writing knowledge preferred (UTV/ATV, auto, or powersports).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.
