We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Success Solutions Architect to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for advising customers on industry best practices, technology strategies, and potential solutions to drive their success. You will collaborate closely with one of our largest customers, the account management team on technical pre-sales activities and provide valuable insights to the product team for new solution offerings based on customer feedback and needs.
