Description

REQUIREMENTS

Manage and assist the client management team with vendor and seller account maintenance, including catalog and content changes, site merchandising, and data correctness.
Setting up new products for clients in Vendor and Seller central
Creating monthly sales and advertising reports (Excel, PowerPoint) including any ad hoc reporting requests.
Monitor and ensure listings are active and live.
Setting up Seller Central tickets on listing related items and resolving issues
Manage the communication with internal teams and external clients on deadlines and client needs
Performing weekly inventory checks and updating the inventory tracker. Communicating inventory status on weekly basis with internal and external stakeholders
Create shipping plans for required clients
Support team in creating advertising/promotional strategies and growth plans to deliver strong results for our clients’ Amazon business
Listing audits and providing internal recommendations for improvements (keyword research, visuals, content, etc)
Content and creative project management including execution and uploading content onto seller central.

Responsibilities

Accrue is looking for an individual that is looking to kick start their career in ecommerce and digital advertising. Our ideal candidate has recently graduated or with 1 year of experience working at a professional organization in any operational, customer service, or marketing role. The individual will be required to perform a mix of operational and client-related responsibilities.
