Description Customer Success Specialist Position Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, via phone or email, in a timely and professional manner. Process orders, quotes, returns accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations team to resolve customer issues. Maintain customer records and order documentation in CRM/ERP system. Responsible for assisting customers with all specs of a customer's order-approval prints, order status, shipment details, and establishing creditworthiness Responsible for communicating with internal representatives to follow-up on quotations Responsible for coordinating information between the customer, engineering department, and production department. Authorized to request changes to the Quality System in order to facilitate improvement or to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsible for releasing work orders as required to the manufacturing team as required to fulfill customer requirements. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED Training: Job related as specified in Employee Training Record/Summary, for this position. As required to fill skills gap. Skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook or other email platform Experience: Mechanical aptitude, strong organizational skills, proficient in written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve effectively Other: Strong attention to detail. Team oriented with customer first mindset, prior b2b customer service experience a plus. Working conditions: Office environment with occasional interaction with shop floor and shipping.
