About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is central to delivering a best-in-class customer experience across both Baden Sports and Axe Bat. You’ll be more than a point of contact, you’ll be a key partner to our customers and internal teams, ensuring orders flow smoothly, questions are resolved quickly, and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
