You will engage with clients to understand their needs, address their queries, and guide them through our services. Your goal is to foster long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our orthodontic solutions. Providing excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality using Salesforce Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures. Providing product expertise to help customers identify areas of concern and demonstrating how our solutions can help. Encouraging customers to share pictures of their teeth to better understand their needs and facilitate effective consultations. Successfully booking customers for appointments, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to service delivery. Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring high conversion rates from leads to clinic show-ups. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is advantageous but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
