We’re looking for : We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience working in customer service or a similar role, and is passionate about providing an excellent experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, upselling customers to paying packages, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and working with other departments to resolve issues.
