Onboard and train healthcare professionals (doctors, assistants, and clinic staff) via phone and video calls, helping them make the most of our platform. Build trust-based relationships with healthcare specialists, focusing on engagement, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. Analyze user profiles and activity to identify opportunities for growth and help each client reach their full potential. Provide expert guidance, resolve questions, and ensure a smooth experience across all touchpoints. Maintain and expand your client portfolio through proactive communication and continuous value delivery. Act as a true partner for our clients, listening, understanding, and empathizing with their needs to drive success together. Requisitos At least 1 year of experience delivering training, onboarding, or client portfolio management through video or outbound calls. Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools commonly used in tech environments (Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
