What You Will Do Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction Establish a trusted relationship and communicate clearly/effectively to clients to help drive continued value of our products and services Maintain and support existing customers to ensure they continue using Qiscus effectively, leading to the success of their own businesses. Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members Work with the sales and marketing team to share marketing information and/or drill customer references, NPS, and develop case studies What You Will Bring To The Role Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related field (e.q Marketing, Business etc). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Passionate in learning about sales, marketing or business development in IT solutions Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit Previous internship or related experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing is a good plus Firm understanding of and experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet Ability to communicate in a professional manner with potential clients Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
