Description

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll work closely with the core team to manage customer needs and ensure that operations at Mangalm LLC are running smoothly.
About Mangalm
We partner with top Indian brands and products to ensure their goods reach the market. We support brands like Bikano, Bikanervala, Tops, Priya Gold, Roasty Tasty, and Funflips, among many others, making sure their products are available across the entire West Coast.

Key Objectives

  • Ensure all daily deliveries are processed and that customers receive their orders.
  • Expand the market by reaching out to new customers and meeting sales goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all products are accounted for.
  • Track daily company activities, such as incoming stock, refilling, and low inventory.
  • Proactively coordinate with stakeholders, team members, and customers to ensure operations run smoothly.

Our customer base is primarily of Indian descent, and many speak Hindi, Punjabi, or other regional Indian languages, so fluency in Hindi is preferred.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
