Pacific West Mechanical is a well established and growing full service mechanical contractor. Our expertise is in service, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting, of managed commercial and multi-family buildings in the Greater Vancouver Region.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES INCLUDE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • A team player with an amazingly positive attitude and character
  • 2+ year in related reception or administrative customer facing role
  • A natural problem solver! Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, self-directed & ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry or exposure to a service industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Initiating jobs in our cloud portal along with required follow ups and forwarding to an appropriate team member
  • Receive and direct calls and prioritize based on urgency
  • Respond to client inquiries including condo residents and property management
  • Administrative tasks including managing on-call schedule, keys, and office supply inventory
  • Provide feedback to team members to improve internal processes, update as necessary
  • Some reception tasks and other duties as assigned
  • Seek guidance from the team lead when required
  • Additional admin support assigned as required.
