You will engage with clients to understand their needs, address their queries, and guide them through our services. Your goal is to foster long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our orthodontic solutions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on their needs and experience with our services. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to enhance the customer journey. Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage communications, and maintain accurate records. Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and educating customers about additional services. Stay informed about the latest product information and industry trends to better assist customers. Work towards achieving personal and team KPIs related to customer success and satisfaction. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is advantageous but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
